Belt driers

Belt drier can be used for drying and final drying of many different substrates.

At the end of the production cycle of biogas remains fermented residue, called digestate. In companies that do not have enough land on which to apply the digestate as fertilizer , digestate can be used after its separation (drainage) as well as litter for livestock or it can be pelleted and after drying to produce environmentally friendly fuel.

Besides separator (separated digestate) can be in driers in a separate operation dried grains, corn, alfalfa, fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc.

Dryers dry substrates with blown warm air, which is heated by water from of cooling cogeneration unit (motor) of biogas plant.
