Fattening stable for broilers chickens Jenišovice, Křivsoudov
The three new halls for fattening broiler chickens are structurally designed as single-storey buildings with a frame steel structure, which is recognized from the outside (the inner walls and ceiling are completely straight and smooth without joints). The width of all halls is always 19.4 m. The length of hall No. 1 is 90 m and the capacity is 35,600 pieces, the length of hall No. 2 is 94.5 m and the capacity is 37,300 pieces and the length of hall No. 3 is 99 m with a capacity of 39,000 pieces. All halls have a combi-tunnel ventilation system, which is why the clear height of the halls is only 3 meters. A total of 8 rows of feeding lines with all-stainless steel nipples and 4 rows of bowl feeders incl. electric lifting system, all from the Landmeco brand. Each hall always includes 2 pieces of fiberglass feed hoppers on strain gauges, 6 pieces of LTO heaters with flue gas discharge, 4 rows of LED lighting with continuous light intensity control. Climate and production control is provided by a computer with a DOL 539 touch screen from SKOV. There is also a honeycomb cooling system with plastic honeycombs and a FarmOnline remote management system.
