Fattening stable for broilers chickens Martinice u Onšova
Two stables for fattening slow-growing chickens were set in the building of the former K120 cowshed. After a complete reconstruction of the building, two areas for fattening poultry were created. The dimensions of the first floor are 9.8 x 71.6 m and the second floor are 10.3 x 62.5 m. On the first floor, where there are two rows of columns, there are 2 rows of Landmeco bowl feeders, 3 rows of drinking lines, 4 heaters with flue gas discharge on LTO and 2 rows of fluorescent lamps with continuous light intensity control. The capacity of the first floor is 14,000 chickens. On the second floor, which is completely without columns, there are also 2 rows of bowl feeds, 3 rows of drinking lines, 4 heaters with flue gas discharge on the LTO and 2 rows of fluorescent lamps with continuous light intensity control. The capacity of the second floor is 12,800 chickens. There is a vacuum ventilation system in both halls. Both floors have two shared fiberglass feed hoppers. Climate control is provided on each floor by the DOL 234F climate computer from SKOV. A high-pressure cooling system with all-stainless steel nozzles with a frequency-controlled pump, an emergency opening unit and a GSM alarm are also installed on both floors.
